JOIN LAD

To join LAD, or renew your membership,  simply download and print the membership application (in the menu bar on the left).  Mail your completed application, along with a check for the amount of your membership to the address provided on the membership form.  The application form is in .pdf format and you will need Adobe Reader to open and print the document.  You can download Adobe Reader here for free:  Adobe Reader

YOUR SUPPORT HELPS LAD!

With your support and involvement as a member, LAD can effectively advocate and represent deaf and hard of hearing Louisiana citizens. Your support will help LAD to:

• Advocate for equal access for deaf and hard of hearing Louisiana citizens to improve educational, employment and public services.
  
• Develop programs to prepare future deaf and hard of hearing leaders.
  
• Promote public awareness and education about deaf and hard of hearing people.
  
• Support the programs and services of LAD including its boards, committees and public education activities.
  
• Invest in the future growth of LAD
